Conference Dinner
The 18th International Conference on X-Ray Absorption Fine Structure Hybrid (XAFS 2022) is exciting to be hosting the Conference Dinner as a wonderful harbour cruise!
The 4 hour experience will feature:
- Canapés on arrival
- Three course sit-down meal with beverages
- A cruise around the beautiful Sydney Harbour
If you would like to purchase a ticket, please do so while completing your registration, alternatively please contact registration@xafs2022.org if you have already registered and would like to add on a dinner ticket.
Getting to the Dinner
The dinner cruise boat will be located at:
- Ferry terminal, Wharf 6
- Circular Quay
- Sydney
The Committee will be helping to guide and lead attendees from the University to the boat via train.
However, should attendees elect to make their own way the closest transport options are:
Circular Quay train station (1-minute walk) which hosts train lines T2, T3, T4 and T8
Circular Quay/Young Street bus stop (3-minute walk) which hosts bus lines 304, 333, 343 and 396
